I'm working on making a mod that replaces the entire story of Fallout 4 and all of its side quests. I was thinking of removing every single quest from the GECK, but that would also delete dialogue and other instructions for NPCs. Is there any way to turn off every main game quest from right when the player wakes up from cryo-sleep? Also, I know this will affect references but will it remove the actual NPCs from the in-game physical world?

Yea, that should work, but would I have to do that for every single quest in the game? Or by doing it to the main quest, does it make every other side quest un-triggerable?
