Hello. I'm near the area of Sargon cave. I'll have to find this one again, but this is texture glitch. Going down into deadra shrine, there is burning fire that appears to have a thin strip of wall in front of it. (I remember it from the original morrowind.

 

One shrine with the "Helm of Tohan", I have floating elements from the structure. I'v tried using mopy with it(bash). I'm fairly certain the original morrowind GOY has this glitch.
