Pootiee Posted April 18, 2017 Share Posted April 18, 2017 How about a bag mod where you use a hotkey to equip/unequip or pickup(equip)/put down your bag and then it works like a chest. So its like a real bag! when its on your back, all the wieght applies like normal but then its on the ground it works like a chest.... just like a real bag. so you can actually leave your bag outside a cave or something, with all your stuff in it... go explore an stuff. then come back out and pick your bag up. all immersive like... yea? Basically you can buy/craft these and drop them where you want to make your temporary stash. Also somewhat related: Storage Helpers. Allows you to craft any kind of chest/container and place them anywhere; makes it possible to convert any closed basket into a container; makes it possible to convert bags from other mods to carry-able containers, including configurable weight reduction; contains a movement system to arrange items (similar to Jaxonz Positioner, but using fewer keys with the proper config).
