Load Order or Conflict Issues in FMMO causing Lockups and Crashes?

So, yeah, basically... I have a lot of mods I downloaded from the Nexus that I found interesting enough to try out myself, many from the most endorsed list so I figure they gotta be pretty good. However, the game gets as far as the title screen picture of the NCR Ranger yet refuses to load the menu or anything else for that matter.

So, uh, what am I doing wrong? Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Or do you see any issues that need to be addressed first in order to load these mods?

Okay, I think I discovered the problem. I started adding one mod at a time until I ran into the problem again. It was A World of Pain; funny, it worked previously, but now it's crap. Scrapped it, readded everything else, I got a menu screen. Going to actually go in game now and see what happens.
