I have a lot of mods I downloaded from the Nexus that I found interesting enough to try out myself, many from the most endorsed list so I figure they gotta be pretty good. However, the game gets as far as the title screen picture of the NCR Ranger yet refuses to load the menu or anything else for that matter. It was A World of Pain; funny, it worked previously, but now it's crap. Scrapped it, readded everything else, I got a menu screen. Going to actually go in game now and see what happens.
