(5 hours game time) I didnt happen again after the restart. But now I always crash when I want to travel to Vilverin (Ayeleid Ruin at Start Point) from Anvil. It crashed while the loading bar is filled around 30%. It just happens in that state of game (5 hours played). Everytime I load and travel there it crashes. And then again I can travel to 10 other places and then to Vilverin. It won't crash then.This doesnt make the game unplayable for me. But I can't enjoy the game knowing that it could crash anytime. I hope it's easy fixable. I am using Streamline (streamsave) now because I heard using autosave and quicksave is buggy. Maybe my savegame is just corrupt. But I dont know!My Comupter Speccs:6 GB RamIntel i7 920 2,67 GHzWindows 7 64-bitnvidia gtx 295 Thank you and sorry for my english! EDIT:Some more information:-I can get there by tyoing "coc Vilverin" and then going outside!-I can get there loading up an earlier save game-I can't get there traveling to one station in between (Anvil->Skingrad->Valverin)-Same thing for "Imperial Prison Sewer" and "Sideway Caves"- I can travel like this without crash ("coc sidewaycavesnew" (in Sideway Caves) -> Valverin -> Anvil -> Valverin)) Maybe it has to do something with the monsters respawning. I know I can travel to the Imperial City and go there.And just for your Information.With "Vilvern" I mean the area around it. In the case of Vilvern the UESP Wiki shows the map marker as 60ft west of the entrance (marked as M on this map). Take note of the map marker name in the wiki article (VilverinMapMarker01). You can search for any vanilla location and find the same info. I stopped using fast travel a long time ago, in part because of crashes, and in part because of having my most recently ridden horse show up (I find having a horse, which bandits prefer to attack over the player, is an extra complication when traveling ... ride along, spot a bandit, turn around and ride a safe distance away and dismount, go and kill the bandit, return to find out where the horse has wandered off to). Granted, on my old guy's saves I travel with a horse, but that's because Vilja loves her horse Bruse, and worries that she doesn't spend enough time with him. While she gets her beauty sleep each night my guy 'plows the way' towards the next day's destination. I can cover twice the ground on foot because I don't have to continually go back and get the horse. My new guy travels on foot because I want to train up athletics and acrobatics. If you travel by horse you don't get the training ... I'm not sure whether or not you do if you fast travel (but not on horseback). I was so excited when I got my first horse, a Armored Old Nag. She took many an arrow for me. However, she drowned herself while trying to follow me while swimming around the IC waters. 'Twas a sad day indeed. Now, I randomly grab horses to ride around on, but they always saunter away and make things clunky anyway. And please dont forget that this is not a "Vilverin" issue. I can't fast travel to that exterior Location called "Waterfront". Benny1 Posted April 1, 2012 Share Posted April 1, 2012 Hi I believe I know the reason this is more then likely the root issue/culprit MenuQue_V9a Or V10 they are buggy and creates extra fonts Many complaints about CTD "Crash to desktop" there, I am thinking that it somehow misreads the cell location on the map and returns you back or you never leave your spot therefore the game basically no longer computes try a new game without MenuQue and leave all your other mods in tack then try fast travel should work just fine.
