jackalhead
People have been begging for me to finish up my shapeshifting mod, but I can't until the monsters you turn into are actually capable of attacking! :P Anyone have any ideas on how to get non-bipedal monsters attacks to work? Werne
There is a "TC" command that let's you control a creature and it allows attacking, breathing fire (if you control a dragon), etc. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about scripting and stuff so I can't help much. You can however try to reverse-engineer the werewolf form to learn how it's done and base your mod on that.
jackalhead
But isn't the attacking with TC all done automatically by AI or can you do it with mouse clicks? If so, how? Also, when using TC, if you go far away from your character's body you will see untextured ground and then disappear. Anyway to get around this? Werne
When you use TC it swithches from AI to player control so you are controling the NPC/creature with your mouse and keyboard, just like your character. And you can't get rid of the untextured ground, the cell objects appear only if you (as in your player character, not the creature you control) come closer to that place. Sam324
Awesome; I have no idea how you did it, but I guess I don't have to try and do it myself anymore once your mod is updated.http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/turned.gif
