MShoap13
What's the exact name and extension of your plugin and exactly what folder do you have it in? If NMM is looking in the right directory, and the plugin is where it's supposed to be, it will show up under the plugins tab.

stelf
C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. Mutha fookin .esp files are there! hidden like secrets, another cruel trick from dark lord Gates. drag your .esp's to desktop, stick them in proper skyrim/data folder. 'data files' now see's them and they work i tells ya! also a button in your file explorer helps. its called 'show compatibility files' press this when in skyrim/Data folder with missing .esp files they are shown. residing in some virtualstore madness. I also shared my skyrim/data folder too. it works! brain melt over!
