New Gameplay mechanic

So I would hope anyone reading this has played DayZ because I will be adding a new mechanic to Fallout 4.

 

Simple version: I want to remove the HP part and add a custom blood bar.

 

Complex version: The blood bar will show how much blood you have in your body. You lose all of your blood and you die.

 

You start at 12,000 blood at level 1. Unlike your old HP, you will not gain blood everytime you level up. Any attack on your body, gun shots, scratches by animals will cause you to lose a certain amount of blood and start bleeding. Bleeding will be an extremely dangerous enemy to the player. If they can not stop the bleeding in time, they will quickly die. Bandages must be applied to stop the bleeding and if they want to replenish their blood, like in real life. Eat some food or use a blood bag. There is NO passive blood replenishment over time, I would allow an alternate download with that for the mod. A blood bag will always bring your blood to the max 12,000. Bandages will always stop the bleeding and increase your blood level by 500. Damage now do blood damage, causing the blood to drop and a percentage of bleeding or not. There will be multiple stages of how your player will act depending on how much blood you have. Stimpacks now do not heal any of your blood, they will now only heal your limbs and give you a temporary buff. Thick Skin, giving you a 35% chance increase of not bleeding when hurt for 1 hour. I would love to be able to add PaddyGarcia's mod Wasteland Wound Care, Link below as a requirement for this mod. I know that there would be some complications with this mod, the lifegiver, Medic perk and Solar Powered. I would think we could change them to fit the blood system. Life giver will be changed to. First rank. Bandages now give you 1000 blood instead of 500 blood. Second Rank. You now gain more blood from eating food. Medic will be changed to only stimpacks heal your limbs from 60%, 80% to completely healed and radway part is left unchanged. Solar Powered. First rank is unchanged. Second rank is unchanged. Third rank will add 150 blood replenishment per second. I know radiation decreases your old HP bar but I want it to not interfere with your blood count. Have it standalone like the past Fallout games? I don't know how possible or hard that would be.

 

Stage 1-12,000 Blood. No side effects. Healthy

 

Stage 2-<9,000 Blood. 1% chance of being knocked out by any attack. Knock out lasts 1 second. Screen goes dark and fades back like normal.

 

Stage 3-<3,500 Blood. 1% chance of passing out randomly. Will last 5 seconds. Screen goes dark, waits 5 secs and fades back with player fallen on floor.

 

Stage 4-<1,800 Blood. Intense blurred vision, Near total loss of any saturation, Volume is almost impossible to hear.

 

Stage 5-<0 Blood. Instant Death

 

 

As you can see, this will be an intense hardcore survivalist mod. I was suprised there was no mod like this on the Fallout 4 Nexus so I would like this mod to become a reality, if possible. I am often on Nexus and I am fully open to chat to anyone who wants to help me make this mod. I am open to possibly needed changes due to attraction by players or Game Engine problems. I will mention I do not have any modding skills, I played a bit around with the creation kits for FO3, FONV and Skyrim. If you want to solely make the mod yourself, that's fine but I do want the credit for the idea of the mod but you will get the credit for making it. I am also okay with alternate versions of the mod.
