CaekDaemon
I've been looking for a mod to give myself a cape in game. Sadly, no one has made a mod for that. Anyway, I was hoping someone could port the old Capes and Cloaks mod to Skyrim. The entry on the mod's page say that the developers have since moved onto new projects, and that it has been abandoned. It's already pretty much finished, it just has to be ported to Skyrim. I'd do it myself if I knew how, but sadly, I don't

CaekDaemon
Search for "Black Sacrament" in Nexus m8. It got a cape :)And a ton of stuff that I don't really want or need cluttering up my installation. And I'm not even sure which you mean!
cageu
Yeah, the capes and cloaks mod for Oblivion was one of my favorites. Would really like to see a similar one for Skyrim.

KaptTorbjorn
A search for 'cape' yielded 3 results that fit. Next time search before you post. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=7026http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=5745http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2822 Edited February 13, 2012 by KaptTorbjorn
CaekDaemon
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=7026http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=5745http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2822The first is only a retexture and requires another mod that contains features that I do not want. The second seems to attach the capes directly to the armour. The same with the third. The capes and cloaks mod for oblivion uses the necklace slot, meaning I can use any cape in any combination of of armour without any issues. Next time search before you post.Hahahahahahaha. People always assume that someone did not search before they post. You are wrong. I searched for well over a hour, just looking for a single mod that would give me a f***ing cape that looked good and did not clip in the armour or anything like that. Guess what? I found those 3 exact mods, and none of them filled my requirements. All I frigging want is for Capes and Cloaks to be converted. I'd do it myself if I knew how for f*** sake. But I don't, and that is the entire reason for this thread.
zekemckillip
Probably going to be yelled at for necroing this thread, but I figure it is better than starting a new one, so I am wanting to know if any modders have started a project or are interested in doing something like this! I know favoredsoul made wings, and as far as I know they are a NEW item slot, which I would assume is a back slot or something, so this is DEFINATELY doable, however I don't know how, and I can't find anything other than the three mentioned already, none of which even come close to being a cloak, which is what I'd like to see. So I endorse this request, or second it, or up vote it or whatever, please someone pick this up!
mamastoast
There is a mod that adds a bunch of capes to the game as seperate items, taking up a custom slot, so that's pretty much what you're asking for, except of course they're not actually cloaks (despite the name). http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12092 Atleast in my mind, a cloak should be able to be wrapped around your body; This is a proper cloak. The trouble with that, is that it's near impossible to do without physics Edited March 22, 2012 by mamastoast
