Snow for Vivid Weather

I hope I am not imagining things, but Vivid Weathers mod did mention Snow on several occasion. But I can never seem to force it (via Vivid weather control) or by chance. They just assume it is in there as nobody else as mentioned not getting it. So is there something people know that I missed out? Someone even uploaded several screenshots.

I should be a big deal as well as I have been waiting/hoping/dreaming for snow since Vivid Landscape (where you can switch to Winter manually via switching landscape texture files via NMM.

Actually, I have been installing/uninstalling Vivid Weathers to try different things out. For instant, I loaded Winter landscape texture. And then installed Vivid Weather with Winter only weather option. And finally it came. Though snow is a little disappointing. Unlike rain, which has droplets go down at the same direction and is aware of occlusion (part of Fallout 4's effect), snow here is more like a visual effect on screen (like blood splatter in your face). No matter where you turn, snow will always fall to the bottom left corner on your monitor. Thus, it has no awareness of whether you are in or outdoor (whether you are under a roof or not).

Though the Vivid Weather console does not offer (or specify) which weather effect is snow. So we just have to wait for it to happen. However, I must say, it looks mighty realistic if you have to travel and fight outdoor under a snow storm. Now I just wish for sand storm, haha. Sand storm is like heavy fog but with a sense of fast moving fog (and wind noise).

By the way, for those who have no idea what this is, head over to this link http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5810/? and see for yourself. For what it is worth, it offers 4 different seasons of landscape. We just need to exit game, uninstall and install whichever seasons we feel like (that's the best modders can do). With NMM it is very painless. Autumn doesn't look the best to me, but winter (with land covered by snow) really conveys the real chilly atmosphere. You won't see 2 feet deep snow though.
