emieri00
It's been some time since I last played skyrim properly, waiting for mods and fixes to bugs... I recently found something that may fix my problem, but I need help with it. My problem is, a number of textures with or without transparency tend to get a 50% transparency look [i can see thru them, but they're still appearing] or a no-transparency issue [dirt on the side of roads lose the transparency and look like a full block of... something] Someone with a similar problem stated that it was fixed by forcing AA management thru the graphics board itself, instead of being handled by skyrim's software. I knew I could change that in Catalyst control center[ yes, I'm using an ATI] but it was recently updated and I can't find the option anymore. If anyone knows how to change the option of handling AA to the graphics board, please tell me, or if anyone had this problem and fixed it some other way, please tell me too! ------------------ Strange, the topic wasn't posted. Well, I fixed the transparency issue somehow, but now the fps dropped significantly! I have FXAA installed, but it seems to be messing the game colors so much [and since it messes with the configurations too] I'd like to uninstall it and configure my skyrim to run well once again. I have skyboost too, but it seems that it only works with the game, not when the GPU is doing the work... strange.
