Alright, so I essentially want to create a new completely summon/conjuration spell that let's me conjure an angry town guard that attacks all enemies on sight. I wanted him to help me in fights until he was killed, so I duplicated the DBSummonAssassin power in the spells menu so I could use it as a template. However I need to change the model from Lucien Lachance to a Whiterun guard, but I don't know how. There's also the matter of what weapons he'll wield and how he fights.

 

If there is a tutorial anywhere for creating summons/conjurations, then I'd love to see it. If any of you knows how to create custom summons, I'd really appreciate help.

Spells invoke one or more Magic Effects; you have a new spell, but it's still using the same effect that summons Lucien.

 

Duplicate the Magic Effect, and then you can change the "monster" that is summoned; then go back to your spell and set it to use your new effect.

 

You may have to create a new actor (probably templated on a guard, I'm not sure) that you can summon; take a look at the other summonable actors (Lucien, the Atronachs, etc.) and use them as your base.
