LE Screen water dripping effect mod (wet camera, like Crysis!!&#3

as you know crysis has pretty cool water effects

 

for example once u are submerged in water and gets out the camera goes wet (water dripping down screen)

 

i think there is already a function that detects if characters submerged (that is if youre in water your breath meter goes down)

 

so maybe making this mod can be easier than it seems (unfortunately i test this out with CK tool for some (?!) reason)

 

damn just many ideas in my head but cant make any ><
