PC noob

oh yes. that will run any game perfectly fine. overkill on the Ram though, 8gb at this time is more then enough, nvm 16gb. but no biggie. im assuming your building this from a website? if so, your probably over paying some. if you took each of these pieces and ordered them separately, and built it yourself (or had a friend do it) you would prolly save a handful of money. just throwing that out there

 

you will probably need a bigger PSU though. idk if 600W will be enough with the 580, OCed CPU and the extras that you have. it would be cutting it close if anything.. id recommend this PSU if possible.

 

also note: Skyrim isnt exactly a demanding game. im not sure why everyone thinks that it is. even on Ultra it doesnt take a beast to run it, like BF3 or Metro 2033 or something does.
