Ok, thats a start and from my experience I see a few possible conflicts, however before we get to that give a list of the specific problems you are having so we can narrow it down a bit.

Game crashing and stuttering

basically instability

example would be.. when i rest in an inn, it runs throught the time wait, then when it goes to the loading screen.. kicks the game out to windows and i get a error report.

bad stuttering when combat is initiated

most of the crashes come during a loading screen or right after

What is your problem? What is it, when does it occur, how does it effect things and any other info about it. And did the problem start after you installed a particular mod or patch. What makes you think it is a load order problem as opposed to a mod incomparability problem?

 

It would also help if you could tell us whether you are using OBMM, OBSE or any other oblivion utilities. If you are using the latest patch, and which one.

 

Several quick notes: You have 2 male body replacers they could interfere - or, the second one might just overwrite the first. And I see a possible problem between Corean hair & the -Ren_beauty_pack & Soyas hair. The Rens & Soyas will overwrite the Corean and may cause a problem. Typically bald people or blindfolds. That was the reason for combining Rens and Soyas. I don't use Corean so I'm not sure on this one. The original Beautiful people is loading after The Beautiful people v22. if you are using v22 you should probably drop the original - the latest version is v25, with soya's hair. Read the readme for each of the BP mods, Ren's and Corean mods for more install and compatibility info.

 

Note that in the install instructions for BP25 (v22 is no longer shown) it says to download the base mods, BP25 & Soyas Hair Pack. But only use this esp BP25 - what they want you to do is install the Soyas Hair mod just like usual, but do not check it in the mod list. what this accomplishes is to place some required meshes and textures into the data that can then be used by the BP25esp that is loaded. If those meshes and textures aren't there it could cause problems. It also says that the official patch and unofficial patch are required which it looks like you have already.

 

You might want to check on Beautiful people 27, it combines several of the mods to make them compatible (but not the corean stuff). be sure to remove the other versions of each mod that it replaces to prevent more conflicts. If there is enough interest, maybe the author will bring out a new BP version that includes the corean hair.

yes im using OBSE and OBMM. Sorry i just took it for granted that that was a given, considering trying use half the mods wouldnt run without neither of them. Again im sorry, im a noob at this.. but very eager to learn, so please be patient with me :)

If you are that new to this then I am guessing you just chose all or most of these mods and are attempting to install all of them at the same time. One thing to note is that OOO was created before compatibility in the design stage was common place and has not been updated since. Because of this OOO requires compatibility patches for every mod it conflicts with or else CTDs will be very frequent. For this reason I have abandoned any hope of integrating it into my set, I use Fran's and MMM instead. However I understand if you don't want to give it up and my advice is to uninstall all of your mods except any official mods and OOO. Then install one mod at a time and playtest for problems, this way when a problem comes up you will know exactly which mod is causing it and can then proceed to rectify that problem. Some of the races are known to have issues with body mods and BP so make sure you read the known issues listed it the readme of each mod before you install it.
