M48A5
I see that you are using NMC Maximum texture pack. Did you make the game "Large Address Aware" as noted in the mod instructions? If not, that is probably why you are having a problem. If you did, I would suggest using one of the smaller packs and then work your way up. Modding a game takes time and patience and a lot of trial and error. You try mods and if you have a problem, you try something else. It is not fast or easy. It takes time and effort to get a stable game. I currently have 127 files in my load order. This does not count the texture replacers that do not have an .esm or .esp. This did not happen overnight or with a one click download and install like you get with NMM.

This has to do with how the game root functions deal with things, FOSE changes all of that. IT more or less as to do with individual user version controls. Not over all game controls. If you uninstall mods on a game that has issues, you will compound the current issues and create / make worse things stored now. The OP was about a missing piece of data in game..NO ? Purr4me
Just watched the Vid, It looks like the game is running too fast ? An audio hang is occurring, try rebooting and cleaning out the temp folder.C:\users\"username"\Apps\local\temp-----< delete all data in there and reboot. Purr4me
ON the missing texture, walk up to the red diamond, hit the console key ---tilde key ( ~ ) and click on the red object, it will tell you it's item name, from that, we can discover what and where it came from OR was deleted / replaced by what "mod" / overwritten by. Purr4me
Over time, I have invested a lot of time and money to verify things these game do to PC's in general, My hobby as it might be called wasdeliberately destabilization thru programing and mixing up the mods, verification of code from any mods running against other mods under all circumstances. so much so, I can usually spot a bug or mistake made by others. You Must break the EGGS first to make an omelet...right?Thru many many trials and error combinations, we learn things. But, on a windows PC, some things get left behind. If you uninstalled this game, and rebooted it, ran restry check for it, and the company name, you find all the left over data with in it's registry---even though you uninstalled the game. So, some code that was left over and you were to reinstall the game, those entries are already there. Some entries will load under new keys as each install is recorded. Some code Not from the games generations but from external source code "FOSE" is never removed because it was not part of the setup process during install, so it's recorded functions and places ,achievements not registering due to how it works, but the shut down activity is also registered with in the registry file on a Windows Operating system. Now the game crashes a lot because you probably reinstalled it right back where it was....Unknown but a hunch. From my point of view, I can assume this is the reason, Erroneous left over code running double. The source from your point of view is the game because that s whats failing.Of the many avenues we are subjected to, this one is a problematic "source" and Probability not to over look. The very best way to remove all doubt on a bad install, is to change the file path or don't uninstall anything and start over fresh with a different file path. That removes doubt, removes faults from mods if done in order. Rename the current Fallout 3 folder and change the drive locations or even during setting up the game, rename it's own folder to anything you wish. NOW, there is no way any left over code will be found and reused in game. zero chances of FOSE or even windows registry entries from interfering with your game install. It would be like you never installed the game in the first place. Crashing all the time is due to a mixup i mod code or improper installed games software. The user is not aware. Things Do go Bump in the night, only you don't know why. For the most part, I do.Duplicated scripts cause audio loops, they fire responses at the same time but their source code is in the same place but different targets that change due to locations. An example is FWE use of code found in MMM, this is a duplication of the same code, same place, same time working on the same objects twice at once, a back and forth will ensue. AKA your video clearly has shown this aspect.looks good ,but there is a duplication some place on the system.
