Experiencing Unknown CTDs after 10 seconds of game time

Like the title says, these CTDs happen every time I open the game after 5-10 seconds. However it doesn't matter which mods are installed, if any. Can someone help me figure out what I should do? I first had this happen after romancing Cait. But after starting a new game with all mods unchecked it still happened (btw I'm using NMM and LOOT). I'm wondering if it's a load order problem that LOOT did not pick up.

P.S. ImmersiveLoversEmbrace was installed after the crashes started happening

Since the crashes happen on an unmodded game, then the problem is likely with either the base game files or an .ini edit that you've made. If you have edited the Fallout 4.ini at all, then make a copy of it and move it someplace safe. Delete the .ini and then verify the game cache through Steam. Start the game and let it create a new .ini, then start a new game to see if you still get the crashing issue. If you don't, then re-enable your mods a few at a time.

I will try your suggestion tomorrow. I'll have to spend a long time testing it since it seems a new game will only crash after a good amount of time has passed

Tried both your suggestions and neither worked

EDIT: launching it without skse seems to fix the ctd
