Lunder
I was much impressed by the amount of mods being released before the Creation kit was released, and i was wondering if people (modders) were happy with the Kit - have any mods been released with the creation kit making any difference etc. Thanks.. GisleAune
The dungeon mods are slowly comming and were very, very hard to do before the CK. Spells and enchants are easier to add for mere mortals as well, as well as quests and NPCs. Edited February 11, 2012 by GisleAune
Lunder
Sorry Ghosu I'm a bit tired :PI just ment to hear from the forum what they thought of the kit - were there any new cool mods coming (because of the kit) Thanks Gisleok maybe that'll help Midas magic growing even more - have you guys seen the bethesda "mods" they developers was given a week to create whatever they wanted to - and they made some of the coolest "mods" i've seen though there is no saying whether or not we'll actually get them :)
David Brasher
It is pretty much impossible to effectively mod without the CK. It is surprising to see how much was done without it. But they were mostly .espless texture replacers and stat tweaks. Without the CK, it basically takes a really smart hacker tons of time to shoddily perform simple operations. Nobody can effectively build certain types of mods without the CK. Things like dungeons, quests, guilds, factions, overhauls, elaborate tweaks, scripted events, and armor, weapon, and clothing mods that add additional content rather than replacing stuff. Now that the CK is out, we will start seeing the really good mods with lots of hours of play value.
