DeathJester11
Hi. I just started playing Skyrim again, and decided to go warrior/mage. I've been using lightning attacks mostly, and only recently got Lightning Bolt. However, I've noticed that when I hit an enemy with a Lightning Bolt, they go flying really far. I haven't tried it outdoors much but indoors, they usually go flying until they hit a wall! Now normally, I would think that's kind of funny, but it seems to happen even when I don't kill them with the Lightning Bolt (ie. I'll hit them with Lightning Bolt then finish them off with my sword). Is this a known bug, and is there a fix for it? DeathJester11
Sorry to bump, but any ideas on this one?I haven't managed to get any other spells yet to see if any of them do the same, but spark and flame don't do it.
dartmaul15
sounds like a tagdoll/knockback problem... a mod that alters ragdol/knockback might fix it.
DeathJester11
AHA! I just tried typing "ragdoll" into the Skyrim Nexus, and found this mod. Specifically, this line in the description: -Fixed glitch with lightning spell duration causing ragdolls to launch themselves far back when killed with any weapon So it seems like it's a problem with everyone, not just me! I'll download that mod and give it a try!
