Converted My Mod to SSE - CK Jacked it Up

SO, hello all.

 

I opened up my player home, Aonghus' House (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/167/?) in the SSE CK and uploaded it to Xbox and saved it out to PC. Now I'm getting the E3 giants and alpha wolves, a few other random NPC's, quests for some reason, etc.

 

So I go through and clean it up best I can in SSEedit. All is well when I load my game back up. But, when I open it again in CK and make a change or update, I all the weird additions are back. Is it something I did or is this a bethesda bug? How can I fix this?

Go into xedit and see if you have any other cell data (not related to your mod) showing up.

 

Are these random npcs showing up in the exterior of your mod? If so, turn on markers and see if you see any markers for them in the environment.
