yozi95
So, I've recently started playing skyrim and when deciding which to play I saw "special edition" and thought I'll grab that one. So I did. But now I'm seeing http://www.pcgamer.com/the-25-best-skyrim-mods-2/4/ and loads of other pages with a s*** ton of mods that seem to only work for Skyrim the original. Are there any way I can play what seem to be sick user made mods and "DLCs" on the special edition one? Or is it strictly only for Skyrim the original version? If not, if I were to go back to skyrim (the original), would I be able to port my progress from SEE so that I don't have to start all over again? I never played the original, I went straight to the special edition :s Thanks. Edited May 9, 2017 by yozi95
Moksha8088
Go to the Files section at the top of the SSE mods page and click on categories. Drop down to quests and adventures and click to see all the quest mods available on SSE. Sometimes quest mods also fall in the categories of New Lands and Followers and companions. New Lands mods include things like Falskaar. Some companion mods are full of quests like with Rigmor of Bruma and Vilja. The premier quest mod for plain Skyrim was Interesting NPCs. The SSE version of that mod can be found at http://3dnpc.com/

That link you put, I installed it via nexus mod manager by the add mod from file option but it says its missing "fallout4.esm". Are you sure this is for skyrim? Or do I need fallout 4 installed as well to play this DLC?? There's other files as well in red on that plugin menu such as "DLCRobot.esm DLCCoast.esm DLCNukaworld.esm"? Moksha8088
Qwert, the Skyrim SE version is the one, although his Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and Fallout 4 quest mods are all good for those games.
