Talwyn224
I apologise if this has been raised as a topic before but if not then here goes: has anyone considered the possibility of having a long life/UHT milk bottle that players could consume? By drinking it the player would receive a dose of rads, get some HP's back and playing in hardcore mode, be re-hydrated plus have their food level drop. We see milk bottles in the game as a trash/junk/clutter item but I've always wondered as to where did the milk go? I'd say that in 2281, Brahmin cattle and Big-Horners could be milked. A mod could be made that if the player has a high enough survival skill, say 75 or more, plus the animal friendship perk, then they have the ability to milk BigHorners and Brahmin. So my suggestion is this, you have 2 types of milk in the game: Longlife and fresh. Fresh is better of course but still has some rads but is far harder to obtain. It could be also used in a camp-fire recipe, say 1 milk bottle, 1 fresh milk, 2 honey mesquite pods, 1 prickly pear fruit for a Mojave milkshake! Or how about this: 1 milk bottle, 1 fresh milk, 1 metal pot or pressure cooker, 2 box of Dandy Apples or Fancy Lad Snack cakes, 1 cooling unit to make Apocalypse Ice-cream. Longlife is like any pre-war food item you find scattered around the wasteland and once consumed leaves an empty milk bottle.
