tVEC
I got sick of the Distant LOD mountain flickering, but the fix for that in the Skyrimprefs.ini caused landscape tiling around my character even with HD textures. So after a lot of googling I came up with these settings, which stopped flickering, removed tiling, and greatly increased detail for me. I'm still exploring with these settings. If your rig can run it try them in your SkyrimPrefs.ini: [TerrainManager]fTreeLoadDistance=125000.0000fBlockMaximumDistance=110000.0000fBlockLevel1Distance=0.0000fBlockLevel0Distance=0.0000fSplitDistanceMult=4.5000bKeepLowDetailTerrain=0bLandscapeBlend=1 [LOD]fLODFadeOutMultObjects=17.0000 I'd love to know if these help anyone else, of course it varies for everyone due to the many combinations of hardware. Tsoltan
While not a complete fix, these settings did drastically reduce the z-fighting on distant mountains. Thanks, mate. My specs:i5-23000 @ 2.8GhzGeForce GTX 5608GB RAM
