CTD in Whiterun

Hello, in my game of SSE, I have found that whenever I fast travel to Whiterun, or enter it from a building inside it, it causes a CTD. If I reload a save before I fast travel, then fast travel again, then the CTD usually doesn't happen. I have no idea what caused it, but I do know it has been happening for a while, but recently it has become more frequent. It seems to happen on every save I have, even the ones that were created after the new mods. The only mod I have that I installed over this newer save was WICO.

Heads up: I have Open Cities.

I have CTD in Whiterun as well, after I installed follower from oldrim that is located in Whiterun. Already uninstalled but then caused CTD. Most of the mods you listed here are the ones I'm not familiar here, sorry. Try to uninstall the mods you recently add one by one. Or check if you installed mod from oldrim.
