My first Blender Model!

I'm new to Blender and i managed to do this! What you think?

Is my first try in blender....i guess is fun that i managed to finish it!

Blender is a great program, especially once you get used to it. You can make whatever you want, from real-world objects to imaginary ones, hardware is the only limit.

 

The android looks good, much better than my first model :thumbsup:. I managed to produce an extremely weird looking object based on a sphere, there are no words to describe that shape. And I still don't know how I did that.

Hey that looks pretty clean. Did you learn by trial and error, or did you follow guides?

That model is actually really good, and its almost hard to believe its your first!

Maybe I should get back to full-model creation instead of just editing existing ones from games...

not bad sir, not bad at all. Now chuck yourself in the deep and do something organic or just a human. You will tear your hair out but you will learn so much from that first project. Have you been on blendercookie.com yet? Plenty of great tutorials there. Any chance we get a look at the topology (wire frame view)?
