I used Life is tough mod which was disabling mana and health regen in and out of combat with some commands in the console. Prob is i forgot the commands (something with health_bat it was) and now i cant do anything cause the commands were only here in this site in the mod but it appears the author hide the mod for some reason. the commands are not inside the read me sadly. I also tried the player.modav healrate -0.7 command but wierdly enough it does nothing. health regen keeps on. I tried changing the values also player.modav healrate 0 -0 instead of -0.7 but nothing.
