Workshop bench in Sanctuary not working

Numbnumb

Recommended Posts

I use the walled mod for Sanctuary and it works fine and has no problems that I know of.

However. The workshop bench in Sanctuary now gives me the message that I must clear the area of enemies. I have searched and searched and have found NO enemies yet I still cannot use the workshop bench for anything. I tried disabling the Walled mod and that was not it.

Any suggestions? I don't have a clue as to what it could be. I am open to suggestions or ideas on how to fix this.

Thanks.

if its not the bugs at each end of town . . .

but then again, the roaches at the bridge don't interfere with the workbench anyway

if all else fails, do it the hard way - uninstall walls . . . reload exit from 111 . . . go to town and kill the bloatflies

start the workbench

walk out of town, restart the mod, walk back and see if it works

Thanks! I will give this a try. So you think it might be the roaches? Interesting. I will find out. Thank you for the tip.

The bugs DO NOT have anything to do with the initialization of the workbench...in sanctuary . They are part of Codsworths quest.

If you are getting that message in sanctuary then the original workbench has been removed and replaced with another one that has a "clear the area" quest attached to it.

All ways a bad idea to delete the vanilla workbench in a vanilla location.

btw which walled sanctuary are you using ( there are several ).

Im curious to see the mod in the editor..
