Trinity Terrace Rooftop Settlement

There is a perfect spot for a rooftop settlement just west of Trinity Tower.

Its inhabited by bandits when you first arrive, but once cleared out it could make for a very defensible Settlement, or at the very least a swa­nky urban player home.

It's got plenty of space for some compact housing, even has a small patch of dirt for some mutfruit plants.

Workshop area could include the rooftop, the small building to the east (with the blood splattered on it) and the small area in front of the fire escape.

 

I know advancements have been made in making new workshop areas since I last suggested this, so I thought I'd post it again.
