MLeonhardt Posted May 18, 2017 Share Posted May 18, 2017 Rather than make a bunch of threads, I decided just to make one thread with a bunch of weapon designs. These are primarily for large, heavy weapons, broken down in "Minigun" and "Rocket launcher" configurations depending on how the character holds it. Minigun Configuration Autocannon - .50 cal heavy full auto weapon with a lower rate of fire but greater stopping power. Does a satisfying "BAMP BAMP BAMP" sound. High recoil Grenade Machine Gun - Rapid fire grenade launcher that can fire further and faster than standard lobbing. For rapidly creating a LOT of explosions. Plasma Caster - Standard heavy plasma weapon. Same barrel mods and performance as a regular Plasma Rifle but with higher damage output. Scatter, Auto, Flamer, and Sniper configurations exist. Buster Launcher - Large scale laser weapon that charges up before firing an Assaultron Laser. Functions similarly to a Minigun. Arc Caster - Large scale version of the Tesla Rifle. Can arc to more targets and can fry enemies, turning them into a skeleton. Rocker Launcher Configuration Shoulder Mounted Machine Gun - Shoulder mounted rapid fire 10mm machine gun. Same as one from New Vegas Laser Cannon - Shoulder mounted Semi-Auto Laser Musket with higher output and rate of fire. Uses Fusion Cores as ammo. Cannot charge up like a Laser Musket but is by default more powerful than even the 6 crank shot. Flak Gun - Long range "anti-air" weapon that fires an explosive shell that detonates near the target. Has high explosive force, but a relatively small explosion. (Hitbox of the projectile would be larger than normal to allow it to detonate without actually having to hit the target. Basically a rocket launcher with a much faster projectile and lower rate of fire.) Micro Missile Launcher - "Shotgun" version of the missile launcher that fires 6, much smaller missiles at once that arc outwards before homing in on the target.
