H4RDC0R3V1B3Z
Okay, so I don't want any Brahmin at all. Yet they turn up randomly via the Beacon (which in my eyes, is a stupid mechanic anyway). How can I get rid of them, without having to turn my entire Settlement hostile? Are there any mods or console commands I can use to get rid of, transfer or kill them? H4RDC0R3V1B3Z
Tried "setpv bAllowMove 1" which worked up until the point I traveled to the empty Settlement I sent it to. So that isn't an option. Tried selecting it in the console, running quite far away from the Settlement and using the "moveto player" command. Which allowed me to kill the Brahmin but upon return, everyone was hostile due to it still being registered to that particular Settlement. Would be nice to be able to assign them to other Settlements. Surprised nobody has made a mod for this yet. Surely, I can't be the only one this annoys?
H4RDC0R3V1B3Z
Feel free to lock this now. Found a solution. Sniped it from afar, waited 24 hours, came back and everything was fine. Little bit of bovine murder never hurt anybody. Except the Brahmin, of course. But shhh, you ain't seen me... roight? http://orig06.deviantart.net/086a/f/2017/139/b/5/you_ain_t_seen_me_right_by_kevinflemming1982-db9qv69.jpg
Gruffydd
I just stick the brahmin trough way off in the corner, where they won't get in the way. Doesn't work with tiny areas like Hangman's, but works well for most settlements.
Macrophobic
You want to get rid of a brahmin with console commands? Why don't you just use "kill" command? Well, "modpos z 2000" would be more fun. Or setscale 0.05, now cows are turned into tiny worms and other brahmin won't come to replace them (looks like it's about 1 brahmin for 10 settlers), but I'm not sure if the latter is permanent or just until reloading the save. I know that keeps them wandering around it. But thank you anyway. You want to get rid of a brahmin with console commands? Why don't you just use "kill" command? Shouldn't attempt things when tired, I guess. Thanks! If that is true and there is a chance of one appearing for every ten Settlers, then I should only have two to deal with at this particular outpost. It's a small space (in comparison to most Settlements) so shrinking them won't help really. I'd still hear the blasted things, as they make moo incessantly Not sure if using pos will just cause them to teleport back their original spot. Can you confirm that works and they don't return after moving? Just I'm off to bed now and everything has been shut down. Will have to wait for another to show before I can try it anyhow. "Z" is the vertical axis and 2000 is at least twice enough for a brahmin to break it's both necks. Edited May 20, 2017 by MeetTheFuture
