csbx
All of your DLC should be listed in that file.

csbx
No. Your mod is an esp and not an esm, right ?

csbx
No idea. Only clue was the DLC not loading. If your mod has that as a master, that might cause the issue of your cell not being coc-able if that master (the dlc) isn't loading. The dlc not loading may be an entirely different issue that just so happens to be causing this.

guul66
For anyone from the future having the same problem the only "fix" i know is downloading the layout plugin from the tutorial site (right next to the layout tutorial step in the list of tutorial steps, "Example Layout Plugin") and praying to Atom that you won't have this problem in the future when making your own mods/that you can work around it. guul66
OK pretty sure i found a fix: Download FOMM, use that to start your game. It might just be the normal FO3 launcher screwing up.
Mktavish
OK pretty sure i found a fix: Download FOMM, use that to start your game. It might just be the normal FO3 launcher screwing up. Ahhh ya .... that would explain it ... your load order being the way the "Data Files" section wants to sort it. Which it really wasn't meant to have even more than a few files to launch with.Hence the need for the launcher/sorter tools .
