maboru
First you will need the G.E.C.K. - http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php/Main_Page - as well as reading and viewing all the associated tutorials referenced there. I can point you you to a few other tutorial sources - http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=5506 - For the basics. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=13788 - For textures. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=5561 - For dialog. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12163 - For dialog and quests. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=13644 - For clothing. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=16121 - For weapon creation. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6107 - Advanced 3D modelling. There are of course many more available on the Nexus but you should also visit this forum - http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/forum/287-fallout-3-mod-talk/ - to peruse the topics and ask specific questions once you understand the basics. Have fun and good luck.

maboru
You're welcome. Just remember to to take small steps first and save the ambitious stuff for later, Nexus is already full of grand unfinished mods resulting from modder burn-out! And don't hesitate to ask for help in the modders' forum, they know what it's like.
