tomomi1922 Posted May 20, 2017 Share Posted May 20, 2017 I ran into a few FO4 videos where they review companions in details in both fighting styles and stat. It is pretty sad how I only see my companions as carrying mule (especially with a mod that I can hotkey open companion's inventory with a single key press), and some kind of cannon fodder: give them a strong weapon and hope/pray that they help out. I know certain companions can be better at lockpick and hacking, this is more obvious. Cait will try to unlock something while others flat out refuse. But (especially after watching those videos) there are a lot more into companions than I know (or maybe only a little more). It's a single player game so no console command/cheat is too great and the only victim is myself. So I would like to try to add/change stat of my companions to give a better experience. Like I want Cait to be a strong melee, Strong to be a heavy weapon expert, MacCready to be an expert sniper, and so on. Right now, everyone feels the same to me. Like I can't tell if MacCready can out perform Piper in a gun fight (beside their 1 per day specialty). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
