BlazeHeatnix
Here's what's been happening so far: First, I downloaded the NMC pack, Medium-sized, and all patches/updates for it. Then I downloaded the Ojo Bueno packs and replaced all the NMC versions with those, using the UHQ versions when available. Then, I downloaded the NVSE and the 4GB loader, with the NVSE patch on the site that merges the two together. Meaning I'm using the Script Extender with Large Address Aware. I have the following mods, downloaded and added AFTER those, that are checked: FalloutNV.esmClassicPack.esmMercenaryPack.esmTribalPack.esmGunRunnersArsenal.esmCaravanPack.esmHonestHearts.esmLonesomeRoad.esmDeadMoney.esmOldWorldBlues.esmOFT_Merge_All.esmNSkies URWLified.esmNewStripMapMarkers.espFatigueWeaponsFix.espchristinecos.espYamsPinupParade.espdD - Enhanced Blood Main NV.espdD-More Gore.espdD-Reduced Ragdoll Force.espdD-Smaller Spatters Realistic.espVurt's WFO.espNSkies URWLifiedHH.espNSkies URWLifiedDM.espNSkies URWLifiedOWB.espNight Brightness Adjuster.espCONELRAD 640-1240.espRNVExtended[20]v3b1.espArmor Replacer Child NPC Fix.espBetter Burned Man.espEVE FNV.espdD-Reduced Dismember Force - EVE.espdD-Smaller Wounds - EVE.esp Total active plugins: 32Total plugins: 32 I may have overestimated my Rig's power though, because I get EXTREME LAG when entering/exiting areas and especially during VATS and just being outside in general. Maybe it's just my outdated processor, but here are my specs: Windows 7 64-bitIntel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHzRadeon HD 4890 @ 1GB4G RAM I need to know if I need to switch to the "Small" NMC pack and the "HQ" Ojo Bueno (Or even Poco Bueno) packs, and also if my load order is right. luthienanarion
Yep, change out your texture packs to Poco Bueno and NMC's small pack. It doesn't matter how much RAM you have or how fast your processor and video card renders data if you're trying to load huge textures off of a mechanical hard drive. I would save the over-the-top texture packs for if you have an SSD.
