Multitude of Glitches Occuring

So this all started when I was doing "The Arrow Of Extrication" quest in the thieves guild, several times at what appeared to be random moments I would go into my inventory and then when i came out the menu would be stuck on screen. Fast forward maybe a half hour I need iron arrows to merge with "Retros fletching and imbuing" mod so I go to Cheydinhal to buy some from the smith there, he/she (can't remember) had 144 iron arrows so I but them, and then it says there is still 20 so I buy them but they still didn't go away, so me being the cheater I am kept buying them and buying them after I stopped because i accidentally spent 3k on a sword I went into my inventory and when I use the arrow keys to scrolls down the inventory doesn't scroll the bar just keeps going past my screen, I've tried emptying my inventory, I've tried saving and exiting then loading again but no matter what I do it just keeps persisting.

Been playing for 36 and a half hours

Currently have level 100 vampirism

Character level 9

ok so I uninstalled my game and reinstalled it and tried again but it was still happening so I made a new character but it was still happening so it's problem with my game but I don't know what.

So it was DarnifiedUI I don't know why but I always have problems with the mod, before my map has disappeared and now this, I don't get it, I guess I'l make a post in the mod troubleshooting
