How to apply armor cuts in outfit studio to game?

For reference, this is the mod? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13572/?

Here is how I would do it... in Outfit Stupid, open Project of the Sirius outfit (instead of just editing the NIF). There should be the body mesh and a few loose armor pieces (I don't know how many unless I am opening it myself). You can delete the pieces yourself (and they will be gone forever from the NIF), or put Zapper on each loose piece, Save. Use bodyslide to Build the piece after you modify the outfit.

How to create zapper? It is totally by the mercy of the original outfit designer. If he/she combined everything into 1 solid piece of armor? Then you either wear the whole thing or you don't. But most outfit creators make them available in a few loose pieces. You click on the jacket (for example), and on the menu, go to "Slider > Zapper", it will create a checkbox that Zap that jacket. Name it "Jacket" or however you want. In Bodyslide, you can check/uncheck the boxes to see the jacket on and off. And what you see in Preview is what you get when you Build it. You can make zapper with as many armor piece as you like, just that 1 piece, or 2, or 3, or all. Outfit Studio doesn't care.

More limitation: some kind of outfits (especially tight outfit), like an unzipped Vault suit to show off the cleavage, creators may cut off part of the body to avoid them clipping against the outfit. So if you zap the Vault suit... you may not see the whole body, but either a body with a lot of holes, or just the part of skin that covers up the exposed cleavage. A lot of outfits that deals with skirts and pants do this. Because clipping is crazy when characters sneak.
