Lisnpuppy
 Hello... I just recently started playing Morrowind and had a question I am embarrassed to ask... in Oblivion you can hold down the "z" button to grab things and move them without them going into your inventory. How do you move things in Morrowind? I am sorry I am a dumb noob but I have this cute little Guar stuffed toy I want to put on my bed... I thank anyone who answers in advance!! jojo man
Hey there Godess! I've just started playing Morrowind to and i'm pretty sure(but not 100% positive) that you can't move things the same way you could in oblivion. But if you want to put your stuffed toy on your bed, do the following: 1) Pick up the stuffed toy(i.e. add it to your inventory)2) move to the bed an bring up your inventory screen3)drag and drop the stuffed toy out of the inventory window and onto the bed Presto!! Your stuffed guar should be right there on the bed! Hope this helps.

I tried that and it keeps just dropping in the floor even though I drag it over my bed!Grrr, I am liking Morrowind better but it is SO different and I am like backward engineering! Thanks for your help!
IndorilTheGreat
Yeah, Bethsoft could have added a better "Drop" function in Morrowind. The game usually drops items at your feet...

THEN drop the guar.
jojo man
gman is correct. But he forgot to mention that you'll need to press the tilde(i think thats how you spell it) key first. If you don't know what that is, it should be to the left of the #1 key along the top of your keyboard. It looks kinda like a horizontal "S". Push that button and you should see a new window pop up. Type tcl and press enter, you should then see something to the effect of: Collision>--Off Hope this helps.
