I want to move (a bit) an object via console in SSE. HOW?

What command I REALLY WANT to know... is one that you can MOVE an object from the current position to another one (or simple move it a bit forward, backwards or side)...

In "Oldrim" there was a mod called "Jaxonz Positione" or something. And you could "re-decorate" your house and place whatever you wanted wherever you wanted.

Or... if a mesh of an object (a rope) was conflicting with another object (a board), you could easily MOVE the board a bit forward and you done!!!

ANY CONSOLE COMMAND for that????
