Frankfranky Posted May 26, 2017 Share Posted May 26, 2017 New playthrough - pure mage - so I start at the inn in Winterhold, start the mage guild quests, do some stuff, eventually make it to Helgen and then Whitrun. It started the night I entered. Vampire attack at the gate. I bravely fled the scene to talk to Barlgruff. Out to kill the dragon at the watchtower, if find dead at the Whitrun gates, Adrianne, Belethor, Alahan and Brenuin... sigh. Dragon dead, I return, chat to the al'kir, chat to Barlgruff, head over to the bannered mare to see Saadia. Before I can even speak to her "we are here to teach you a lesson" !!! Chaos in the bannered mare. I flee bravely again. I thought I had lost them in the streets of Whitrun, but no. Eventually, after kiting and burning for ages I kill them. Return to the Bannered mare. Hulda dead. Saadia dead. Carlotta dead. I have been in Whitrun less than a day! I hear Solitude is nice this time of year .... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
