Ham radio sound loop?

so i was walking through the commonwealth, and came across a relay tower with half a dozen ham radios around it, i though to myself, whoever was here must of had these tuned to many channels, talking to a lot of people...maybe acting as a kind of operator? well, being a fan of HAM radios myself, i thought, Fallout needs an immersive HAM radio overhaul! a long, long, looooong soundbyte consisting of static, a few "anyone out there"s, static, some weird numbers, possible coordinates for safe houses? conversations between survivors, and even possibly some gunners relaying orders, or a raider that fixed up a radio and is spewing drug-induced rambling? bonus points for references to actual in game events, and any quotes from actual characters!

 

TL;DR

a long sound byte for ham radios to add a bunch of content, like conversations between survivors, warnings for certain areas ("stay AWAY from salem!"), and even gunners and raiders, and of course, the comforting static in between!

Survivor: "Hello... Hello? Is anyone alive out there!?"

Raider: "No one else is alive now shut the hell up!"

 

Female Survivor: "Minutemen! Someone! Please! My child has been kidnapped!"

Raider *mockingly*: "Please! Please! Save my stupid brat!"
