Also, a papyrus log is not a crash log. Who ever said/where ever you read that it's a crash log is very wrong. All it does is tell you what the scripts are doing. Most people are unable (or unwilling) to go through it to see if anything stands out, so mod lists and system specs are usually more helpful.

 

Instead, look at the thread titled "How to ask for help : The proper way to make Skyrim support topics", which is the third stickied thread in this forum, and do as it says.

You should just turn off logging unless you are using it during development of your own mod.
