Fixadent
Will this memory kit be 100% physically and electronically compatible with the Asus Maximus IX Hero Z270 motherboard, and a Core i7 7700K processor? https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232498&cm_re=trident_z_rgb-_-20-232-498-_-Product

I also would stay with low profile https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233832
hoofhearted4
i don't see any reason why it wouldn't However I couldn't find that exact model on the supported memory list (though found plenty close to it so it'd likely be fine) I did find this one though, it's in the list of supported memory straight from Asus for your specific motherboard, has a higher clock rate, and it's cheaper than the one you linked to. Plus it ships and is distributed by Newegg, which is better,
