Would disabling OOO esm, esp effectively disable OOO?

I made a stupid mistake to install OOO with exe installer version, and now I can't clean-uninstall it

 

Would disabling OOO's esm and esp work towards disabling any OOO content? or do I have to raze the whole thing

What is OOO again? Why would a mod have .exe installer?

My general knowledge about .esp and .esm is that it is possible to disable the mod this way. I use it all the time via NMM's plugin tab to disable a mod without taking it out of the load order. Plugin tab is rather primitive without good functions to search, organize, and save load order. Deactivating/reinstalling a mod will just put it to the bottom of the list, so disabling the mod is a rather safe and painless way to temporarily uninstall the mod while keeping its place in load order.

This will disable the entire mod, so far as I'm aware. Since OOO puts its resources in a bsa, there must be an active esp with the same name for that bsa to load.

 

That said, I wasn't aware that OOO came in an installer. Did you get it here, at TES Alliance or some other place?
