Complicated vsync 1080p Stereoscopic 24hz Question

OK, I'll try to keep this short. Here is the situation:

I have a 1080p 3D display (sony playstation 3D display), which supports 1080p 24hz for stereoscopic 3D content. I am using DDD (TriDef) drivers to do the 3D conversion and running a single Radeon 6870.

With vsync unhooked to frame rate via the "ipresentinterval=0" method, Skryim is running pretty well on this setup. Anywhere from 25 to 60+ fps, which is all I can expect out of my rig. However, there is tremendous tearing. Normally the way around this is to enable vsync. This works perfectly, for example, in Dragon Age Origins. And, I can live with 24 frames per second in games like Skyrim, where fast-twitch combat isn't the point.

BUT, in Skyrim (and I'm assuming Fallout 3 and FNV also, but I haven't tried them yet), there is that whole mouse-input lag problem. Also, when running synced at 24fps, my load times get unusably long in Skyrim (a problem I've read about before, but never encountered until now.) In essence, this renders Skyrim unplayable in 1080p stereoscopic mode unless I disable vsync.

So, my question is: Is there a workaround wherein I can still have vsync turnd ON but avoid the mouse-lag and loading time issues?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

(P.S. Before it is suggested, no, I am not going to run this at 720p 60hz because I absolutely can't stand pixel-scaling. The game looks amazing at 1080p, and looks awful at 720p scaled up.)
