Rennn
Loads for me (specs in sig) take usually at least 90 seconds. That's way too long. I used to load in 10 seconds, on ultra. Now, as I said, I load for 90 seconds if I'm lucky on medium settings. My computer runs Skyrim on ultra at 60-100 fps, and it's capped at 30fps, so it can't be a simple performance issue. I thought it was ENB, but uninstalling that did nothing. It's not my HDD power connector, since all my other games load just as quickly as they always did. It's not due to overheating, as the internal temperature never passes 50 celcius even during heavy gaming, and my cpu is only at 27%. Now that I think of it, that would be almost exactly a single core, but Skyrim's affinity and .ini clearly show that it's allowed to use all four cores. It also can't be a save glitch or save bloat, as my largest save is ~9000kb and I only have four saves.(I deleted the others after I heard it would fix the problem. Lame.)Ideas? gsmanners
Did you recently unpack your BSA files? That would make it take a while to load.
Rennn
I unpacked a copy of my BSA files in a separate location, but that of course isn't in the same location so it can't have an impact since the textures are still loaded from the original BSA files.I had this problem once before and it went away after a day. This time it doesn't seem to be going away, so I'd like to fix it.
