CTD when saving

After a certain amount of time passes in my game, I become unable to save, otherwise it instantly crashes

I tried LOOT, and the only dirty mods I have are the game file (update.esm,...)

did you try the classic FO3 solution

 

load a game that can be loaded

 

save it

 

get killed (aka suicide)

 

let game reload that save

 

save it again

 

then try from there

I just got called back to Skyrim with another person PM'ing me with the same issue.

 

I suggested to him, annoying as it is:

 

* Use NMM and under the TAB -> PLUGIN

... Disable ( turn off ) all the mods. Use the Circle with the line through it.

... Turn on any and all DLC's that you have, leaving the actual mods OFF.

 

* Does it still CTD during a save?

... His answer was: No.

 

Then the P.I.T.A. part kicks in.

 

.. Turn on 1 mod at a time and/or if a mod requires another mod IE: Unofficial Skyrim Patch - or - Frostfall & Camping. Then obviously turn those required mods ON at the same time.

 

He found out, in his case it was indeed a mod that was doing this.

 

.. I will post other ideas once you see if this creates the answer or not.

PS: Sorry, I do not download text files from people I do not know, as I did that once and got hit with a nasty virus. Burned once, shy twice sort of thing.

 

You might try, the spoiler text option and just load your mods to this thread.

I just edited my original post to include my load order in a spoiler thing, I still didn't have time to try what you suggested, with exams and all. Though I must say that this bug only happens on one of my saves and if I disable all my mods, it directly CTDs.

And I just tried activating the basic mods such as the unofficial skyrim patch, skyrim unleveled and it actually loaded, I'll try to see if it ends up working, and saving properly.

... Try LOOT. I have some similar mods and I see that your load order might be " off ".

 

I also see that you have some Mods that > MIGHT < conflict in that they might occupy or come too close to the same cells.

 

I had one mod ... Horse something ... and it was TOO close to a Giant Camp and would cause CTD, even if you tried to enter ... as it was just too close to the Giant Camp.

 

So see and gauge where or if Cells might conflict?

 

In oldrym I found a House mod in Winterhold that caused floating ground West of Whiterun. If you got too close the game would CTD.

Finally ! It seems the problem was caused by Royal Armory, I tried moving it and its patch for MLU but it still f*#@s with my game. I don't know what could be conflicting with it, it says on the mod page that it could conflict with mods that change important characters's weapon and jorvaskr's basement, I just don't know which of my mods does that, if any at all.
