d3d9.dll crash and unable to load save

Hi guys,

 

So here's the thing. Whenever I try loading a save my game gets stuck on the imperial logo on the main menu. And whenever i use enb (d3d9.dll) it crashes the game.

I've run directx and made sure my drivers are up to date, so that isn't the issue. I've made sure my load order is correct according to LOOT and the Realvision ENB page for CoT v5. I've made sure my SKSE file has the memory patch. The ENB and Skyrim ini files are optimized and tried numerous other "fixes" on other threads but nothing is working for me. So.... I dunno what else there is to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your d3d9.dll file may be corrupt. Delete it and re-download.

you need to install june 2010 directx 9.0. do you have the the enb helper dll?

Edit: Turns out I do have enbhelper.dll I was looking in the wrong folder. Tried launching the game with and without enb helper. Installed directx Jun 2010 as well, still no luck.
