Boobier Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 Exactly as it's titled, I'm looking for a mod that can edit an npc. Like I'm not looking for big scale edits, more on the lines of changing eye color or hair type, etc. Every time I look it up I get shown the "NPC face editor" which is under moderation and unable to be viewed by the public. So like tbh thats pmuch it. PS: don't say Creation Kit. I just want a simple thing yknow? Not all this crazy scripting s***.
ibldedibble Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36047/ - Turn into the NPC, use showracemenu. There is a chance that they'll change back into their original form if you don't visit them often enough though... or that it can break something. At least if it works the way I think it does. :P The easiest would actually be to use the CK. No scripting required to drag a few sliders on the NPC page. It's basically the same as the normal character creation. :P
ScottC12 Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 If you ever want to go beyond simple NPC face editing, I've used Skyrim NPC Editor long ago, but the file appears to be under review and hidden on Nexus. It basically clones an NPC and allows tweaking of the new NPC's info - simpler than the Creation Kit. For cloning NPCs or changing stats, the Creation Kit is not so bad, once you get used to it. Search the Internet and you'll find several good tutorial videos and articles. With the CK, Just save your file often because it tends to crash.
