Making Khajit ears always match hair color

I am creating custom race (Neko-like) and i am using khajit ears for ears, however, i would find useful if they would colour same as the hair colour when you make a character, any help on this? Same with the tail

I am planning Neko-Like race with no hentai aspects, i want to make just a new race, so i think it would be appreciated mod

I think ears and tail colors follow skin tone slider. That means, you cannot change ear color or tail color alone in character creation(not in CS nor in game).
