iXenite
Have you actually booted up the game? It's always a good thing to actually start the game before installing mods. If it still doesn't work though, then try verifying the game files. DrakeTheDragon
Did you start NMM via the "run as admin" right-click option or the according setting in the file properties? These program files folders on newer Windows versions from Vista on upwards are usually too over-protected by the infamous User Account Control (UAC), and it will not allow access to folders inside there for any or all 3rd party applications like the NMM is. What happens is the NMM gets redirected to a so-called VirtualStore folder found somewhere inside your User folders instead and can't find the files. If you, or a manager, puts any files or folders into your game when it's inside program files, chances are said files or folders will also go into the VirtualStore folder instead, but at the same time the Windows Explorer will lie to you and show them where you put them, not where they are. The game, however, can't be fooled by this and won't find the files. Usually the very first step you do when installing Oblivion for a modded game is to install it to somewhere else outside of the UAC's grasp. Locations like "C:/Games/" for instance are very common. Even with Steam you can either move the game's installation location or the entire "/steam/steamapps/" folder structure itself instead somehow. But I'm not using Steam myself, so I don't know how.
